Customized Ceremony Pa​ckage

Your ceremony can be whatever you have imagined it to be....there are no rules!

  • We can have one additional planning session several weeks before your celebration to finalize your ceremony.
  • We are available via email for unlimited ceremony planning questions.
  • We will provide you with a large variety of ceremonies, wedding vows and planning materials.
  • Children, family, friends and/or pets can have incorporated roles in your ceremony.
  • We can provide assistance with creating personalized and heartfelt wedding vows.
  • You can include one or two added special features; a unity candle, time capsule, sand, rose, or Irish bell ceremony for example.
  • We can assist with incorporating music and/or readings into your ceremony.
  • We can guide you in choreographing the processional and with the placement of your attendants.
  • You will receive a final draft of your ceremony approx.1 week prior to your wedding for your final approval.
  • We will travel up to a 40 mile radius of our home without any travel fees, but we will happily travel further. One round trip Mukilteo ferry charge is included in pricing for travel off Whidbey Island to your event. Any additional tolls/ferry fees will be extra and charged accordingly. Weddings on the Olympic Peninsula and San Juan Islands have a minimum additional $50 travel charge for reservation ferry fees.
  • We do charge a "one way" mileage charge of $2.00 per mile beyond the initial 40 miles.
  • We will arrive 45-60 min prior to your ceremony to coordinate with your other vendors.
  • We will be in appropriate attire for your celebration.
  • We will conduct your ceremony, assist with filling out your license and file it for you.

    • 7 Days a Week: $300*

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your date. Balance is due 30 days prior to ceremony.

    Rehearsals

    We are more than happy to attend your rehearsal! Sometimes our presence isn't necessary, but we do recommend a rehearsal if you are adding anything special like a sand ceremony or unity candle to work out logistics. (Includes same travel package as Customized Wedding Package.)

    • Add a 1 hour rehearsal at your venue a day or two before your ceremony for $125.

    • We can come early and do a walk through rehearsal 2-3 hours prior to the ceremony for $75.

    Standard Elopement Package

    This is for couples who want the ceremony, just not the crowd and expectations of a wedding.

    • We will meet at Possession Point Waterfront Park Boat Launch

    • No pre-planning sessions

    • Have your license with you

    • Just the two of you and 2 witnesses (we can provide witnesses at an addtional $30/witness for their time).

    • We will perform a short traditional pre-written ceremony of your choice, from a selection we email to you. 10 ceremonies to choose from.

    • We fill out your license and file it for you

    • Minimum 24 hr notice preferred.

    7 Days a Week: $140*

    We do ask for full payment through PayPal to book this package.

    Elopement PLUS Package

    This is for couples who don't want the big wedding, just to get married with close friends and family.

    • We come to your neighborhood!

    • A restaurant, park, home, bar, pool, car...we can marry you anywhere that we are legally allowed to.

    • Have your license with you

    • Just the two of you or include a few friends and family members (up to 15 additional people)

    • We will perform a short traditional pre-written ceremony of your choice, from a selection we email to you, 10 to choose from.

    • We fill out your license and file it for you

    • All planning done by email, no in person meeting

    • We are always available via phone or email to answer your all your questions

    • mileage fee is $2.00/mile one way from 7726 Bailey Rd. Clinton, WA

    • Any additional tolls/ferry fees will be extra and charged accordingly. Weddings on the Olympic Peninsula and San Juan Islands have a minimum additional $50 travel charge for reservation ferry fees.
